Book A Session

• Consultations are 20 minutes each and are free.

• Change Sessions are 1 ½ hours. The first one is £75 (payable at the consultation) and any following sessions are £50.

If at the consultation you wish to go forward with treatment, the first change session will be booked and paid for there and then for four weeks following the consultation. This gives you time to complete a diary (provided for you at the consultation) in which you detail the pattern/s of your problem. This investment of time and money which you place in yourself is there to ensure that you make real and lasting changes to your life. It may seem strange but there are a minority who are more interested in proving themselves to be untreatable than in solving their problem for good.
